**We require a total guest headcount to be confirmed no less than 5 days before any event.
**The minimum number of guests stated at this time will be the minimum price charged per head.
**If actual attendance is greater than this number, then that will be the number charged.

You are more than welcome to decorate for a private event.
If you would like us to take care of it for you, there is a fee of $50.00 for balloons and linens.
A final bill will be presented to you at the end of your function.
Payment in full will be required.
A credit card number will be requested at the time of the reservation.
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event.
All functions held at the Black Bear are subject to a 9% state tax and 18% gratuity fee.
